- Posted January 4, 2021 NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING CIRCUMSTANCES DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC: In keeping with recommendations of Federal, State, and Local authorities to limit public gatherings in order to control the continuing spread of COVID-19, and in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, specifically Utah Code ยง 52-4-207(4), the City of North Salt Lake Golf Oversight Committee meeting presenters will participate electronically via phone or video conference.
