CITY OF HOLLADAY ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS HEARING MEETING AGENDA Wednesday, January 6, 2021 Mt. Olympus Room 4580 S. 2300 E. 2:00 PM AGENDA ITEMS 1. Shatzer Variance -- 4192 S. Holloway Drive (R-1-15 Zone) The Applicant is seeking 3-4' of relief from the required front yard setback (per H.C.C. 13.14.054.D) for a new home. (Case # 20-5-06, Ryan Shatzer as Applicant) 2. Real Taqueria Variance - 1869 Murray Holladay Road (C-2 Zone) The Applicant is seeking relief from the required front yard setback (per H.C.C. § 13.62.080.B) in order to sanction extending a dining patio towards the street. (Case # 20-5-07, Antonio Valdez as Applicant with Wesley Felice representing) 3. Gates Appeal - 6270 Van Cott Road (R-1-43) The Appellant is appealing the Community Development Director's decision that their treehouse constitutes a structure and is subject to regulations appertaining to the same (per varying subsections of H.C.C. §§ 13.04 & 13.14).
