Public hearing and consideration of Marc Cran's request for approval of the Black Label 2-lot Subdivision with an existing home located at 2883 West 1500 North. Public hearing and recommendation Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code amendment to Chapter 12, amending the signage requirements for cannabis-related businesses. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code amendment to Chapter 39, adding a definition for caretaker unit. Public hearing and recommendation Lehi City's request for review of Development Code amendments to Table 05.030-B, Chapter 39 definitions, and Chapter 12 adding the storage, vehicle use.
