- 'Ephraim City has scheduled a public hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding amending the zoning map of Ephraim City to change the zoning of property located at approximately 550 East 100 South from R1 to R3. A map of the proposed changes is available at the City Hall Offices, and is also available on the city website at www.ephraimcity.org. The hearing will be held with the Ephraim City Planning Commission meeting on January 13, 2020 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Ephraim City Hall, 5 S. Main, Ephraim, Utah.
