PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a Work Meeting on Thursday January 14, 2021 in the Grantsville City Hall Council Chambers at 429 East Main Street in Grantsville Utah. The Work Meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. and the Regular Meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
THE WORK MEETING WILL OFFICIALLY BE CALLED TO ORDER BY CHAIRMAN, JAIME TOPHAM.
1. Discussion on the Subdivision Ordinance, Chapter 21 of the Grantsville City Land Use Management and Development Code.
2. Discussion to Add a Chapter 24 Small Residential Development to the Grantsville City Land Use Management and Development Code and amend Chapter 2 Definitions to include the definition for the Small Residential Development.
THE REGULAR MEETING WILL OFFICIALLY BE CALLED TO ORDER BY CHAIRMAN, JAIME TOPHAM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
a. Proposed Amendment to the Grantsville City Land Use Management and Development Code adopting the Small Residential Development and amending Chapter 2 Definitions to include the definition for the Small Residential Development.
b. Proposed Amendment to the Grantsville City Land Use Management and Development Code Chapter 4.16 Clear View of Intersecting Streets.
c. Proposed Rezone of 73.22 acres for Marlo Meno, Mary Chappell and Kirk Matthews located at approximately 550 East Main Street to go from an R-1-12 zone to a Mixed Use zone.
1. Election of a Chairman to serve for one year starting January 2021.
2. Election of a Vice Chairman to serve for one year starting January 2021.
3. Concept Plan Discussion with Marlo Meno, Mary Chappell and Kirk Matthews about the property located at 550 East Main Street in the R-1-12 zone.
4. Consideration to recommend approval of the Rezone of 73.22 acres for Marlo Meno, Mary Chappell and Kirk Matthews located at approximately 550 East Main Street to go from an R-1-12 zone to a Mixed Use zone.
5. Consideration to recommend approval of the Final Plat Amendment for the Cook Corner Subdivision located at approximately 935 East Durfee Street to reconfigure 3 of the 5 lots to be able to provide access for the property to the North in the RR-1 zone.
6. Consideration to recommend approval of the Final Plat for Mike Colson and Wade Sandberg on the Presidents Park P.U.D. Subdivision - Phase 1 located at Worthington and Nygreen for the creation of nineteen (19) lots in the R-1-21 zone.
7. Consideration to recommend approval to amend the Subdivision Ordinance, Chapter 21 of the Grantsville City Land Use Management and Development Code.
8. Consideration to recommend approval to amend the Grantsville City Land Use Management and Development Code by adopting the Small Residential Development and amending Chapter 2 Definitions to include the definition for the Small Residential Development.
9. Consideration to recommend approval to amend the Grantsville City Land Use Management and Development Code Chapter 4.16 Clear View of Intersecting Streets.
10. Consideration to approve the meeting minutes for the previous P&Z Meeting that was held November 12, 2020.
11. Consideration to approve the meeting minutes for the previous P&Z Meeting that was held December 10, 2020.
12. Report from City Council Liaison Darrin Rowberry.
13. Adjourn.
