Description/Agenda: Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. and take place in following order: 1. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval Resolution 2021-01 adopting the 2020 Bear River Region Utah Pre-disaster Mitigation Plan. 2. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval Resolution 2021-02 amending the existing Fire Protection Service Fee ($3 per month) and creating a combined Fire/EMS Service Fee to be collected through city utility bills. 3. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval Resolution 2021-03 adopting the imposition of an Emergency Medical Service (EMS) fee of ($4 per month).
