BUILDING AUTHORITY OF MONROE CITY Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 7:00 pm NOTICE AND AGENDA Pursuant to 52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the Monroe Municipal Building Authority of Monroe City, Sevier County, Utah, will meet on the above date at the City Office, 10 N Main, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (The order of business may be changed as time permits.) 1. Business a. Public Hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the bonds and any potential economic impact that the cemetery project financed in whole or in part with the proceeds of the bonds may have on the private sector. 2.
