AMERICAN FORK RIVER DEBRIS BASIN ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD MEETING AGENDA THURSDAY, JANUARY 7, 2020 NOTICE is hereby given that the American Fork River Debris Basin Administrative Board will meet in a regular session on Thursday, January 7, 2020 in the Highland City Conference Room, 5400 Civic Center Drive, Suite 100, Highland, Utah commencing at 12:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ACTION ITEMS 1) ACTION TO APPOINT A CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN OF THIS BOARD FOR THE 2021 CALENDAR YEAR. 2) ACTION TO APPOINT A SECRETARY OF THIS BOAR FOR THE 2021 CALENDAR YEAR. 3) ACTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 8, 2020 MEETING 4) ACTION TO APPROVE INVOICES FOR PAYMENT a) Daily Herald - Legal Notice of 2021 meeting schedule - $60.06 b) Horrocks - Outlet Modification Design - $6,480.80 c) JoAnn Scott - Lunch invoice DISCUSSION ITEMS: 5) PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE UPCOMING FISCALYEAR. 6) OUTLET STRUCTURE FINAL DESIGN. OTHER ITEMS: ADJOURMENT: NEXT MEETING: JANUARY 28, 2021
