- BRIGHAM CITY, UTAH NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS FOR SALE OF SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY DUE DATE: JANUARY 20, 2021 Brigham City will receive sealed bid proposals at City Hall, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah until January 20, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. for the sale of surplus real property. The property contains approximately 0.44 acres and is located at 547 East Forest Street. The Request for Bids, and all related information, may be obtained on Brigham City's website at www.bcutah.org or by contacting Christina Boss at 435-734-6621 or by email at cboss@bcutah.org.
