- *NOTE: This is the first meeting for EEMSSD. EEMSSD has not been approved for creation by the PNW. We have elected to advertise this meeting under EMS Board until EEMSSD has been approved for creation on the PNW. Emery Emergency Medical Special Service District Board Meeting Agenda December 30, 2020 5:00 p.m. Box Conference Room 75 E Main Street, Castle Dale, UT 84513 ___________________________________________________________________________________ AGENDA 1.Discuss/Approval Deny appointment of Board Chairman. 2.Discuss/Approve/Deny appointment of Vice Chairman. 3.PUBLIC HEARING: to take public comment on the proposed 2021 Budget as well as to receive public comment on the Amended 2020 budget and mineral lease monies allocated to EEMSSD during 2020. 4.Discuss/Approve/Deny the Amended 2020 Budget for EEMSSD. 5.Discuss/Approve/Deny the proposed 2021 Budget for EEMSSD. 6.Discuss/Approve/Deny 2021 equipment purchases. 7.Discuss/Approve/Deny 2021 Annual Meeting Schedule. 8.Any other business that may come before the Board. 9. Adjourn.
