RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 14, 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Sarah & Josh Caldwell are requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Short Term Rental at 1923 West Carriage Ave. - Brandon Ames is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Private Lane at 2029 W 11800 S. - Christian Seegmiller is requesting a Conditional Use-Home Occupation permit for a salsa delivery business at 11823 South Reeves Lane. - Riverton City is proposing changes to the set-backs in the Planned Commercial Center Zone. - Joseph Kiss-Illes is requesting a Conditional Use-Home Occupation for an in home gunsmith business at 12134 S. 2110 West. Due to restrictions related to COVID-19, public attendance in this meeting may be limited in number. The staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3138. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
