- LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH NOTICE OF 2021 ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE Public Notice is hereby given that the 2021 Annual Meeting Schedule of the Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah, shall be as follows: The Board of Directors will hold regular meetings from time to time as the Board deems necessary. When held, regular meetings will be on the same dates and at the same times and places as regular meetings of the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah. COUNCIL MEETINGS are on Tuesdays. Meetings normally begin at 2:00 p.m. with formal sessions at 7:00 p.m. Although the meetings are held in Plaza 349, 349 South 200 East, Suite 150, Salt Lake City, Utah, until further notice, all City business meetings will be electronic meetings pursuant to the Salt Lake City Emergency Proclamations. All meetings of the Board of Directors are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206 and 78B-1-137, Utah Code Annotated. Notice of each Local Building Authority meeting is given at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting as required by State law. An agenda of each meeting is posted at: - Salt Lake City website http://www.slcgov.com/bc and - State of Utah Public Notice website www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html Meetings in addition to those described above may be held or canceled as circumstances may require, subject to applicable public notice requirements. Notice: - Applicable when in-person meetings resume due to COVID-19 safety precautions: People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodation, which may include alternate formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids, and services. Please make requests at least two business days in advance. To make a request, please contact the City Council Office at council.comments@slcgov.com, 801-535-7600, or relay service 711. - In accordance with State statute, City ordinance, and Board policy, one or more Board Members may be connected via speakerphone.
