- TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY BOARD SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH NOTICE OF 2021 ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE Public Notice is hereby given that the 2021 Annual Meeting Schedule of the Transportation Advisory Board of Salt Lake City, Utah, shall be as follows: The Transportation Advisory Board (TAB) holds monthly meetings on the 1st Monday of each month (Holidays excluded). The exact dates are determined at the prior months meeting. These meetings are typically held at 4:00 p.m. Although the meetings are held in Plaza 349, 349 South 200 East, Suite 150, Salt Lake City, Utah, until further notice, all meetings will be electronic meetings pursuant to the Salt Lake City Emergency Proclamations. All meetings of the Transportation Advisory Board are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206 and 78B-1-137, Utah Code Annotated. Notice of each TAB meeting is given at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting as required by State law. An agenda of each meeting is posted at: - State of Utah Public Notice website www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html Meetings may be held or canceled as circumstances may require, subject to applicable public notice requirements. Notice: - Applicable when in-person meetings resume due to COVID-19 safety precautions: People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodations at least three working days before a meeting by calling Amy Lyons at 801-535-6630. Accommodations may include alternate formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids. - Plaza 349 is an accessible facility with an entrance located on the 1st parking level on the east side of the building. - In accordance with State statute, City ordinance and TAB policy, one or more Board Members may be connected via speakerphone.
