- Yearly Public Meeting Notice Hooper City 5580 w. 4600 s. Hooper, UT 84315 Now let it be known that Hooper City Council Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. and Planning Commission meetings are the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. There are work meetings on the 5th Thursday of the month, as needed. All meetings have a work meeting that starts at 6:30 p.m. and all meetings are held at the Hooper City Office.
