- TOWN OF ORDERVILLE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING AGENDA A special meeting of the Orderville Town Board will be held Monday, December 21, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required. Call to Order: Bills presented for payment: BUSINESS: 1. DISCUSS WITH UDOT THE POSSIBILITY OF CONSTRUCTING A TURNING LANE FROM APPROXIMATELY 94 WEST STATE STREET TO 375 WEST STATE STREET, ORDERVILLE UTAH 2. CONSIDER RECOMMENDATION FROM THE ORDERVILLE TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO APPROVE/DENY A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A VACATION HOME RENTAL FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY: ANTHONY TERRANDO, 10990 S. PINYON PINE DRIVE, ORDERVILLE, UTAH 3.
