- PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 6, 2021, 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map for the property located at 245 E 300 N, Richfield, Utah. It is proposed to change the zone from RM-11 (multi-family residential) to CS (commercial shopping) zone. Published in the Richfield Reaper Dec 24 and Dec 31, 2020.
