Description/Agenda: 2021 ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE The Clearfield Parks and Recreation Commission will generally hold its regular meetings for the 2021 calendar year on the third Wednesday of each month, except July. The regular meetings generally begin at 7:00 pm and are held in the Clearfield Community Services Department conference room at 55 South State, 1st Floor, Clearfield, Utah. Scheduled meetings may be cancelled when the need arises. In such instances at least 24-hour notice will be given regarding the cancellation. Scheduled regular Parks and Recreation Commission meeting dates for the 2021 calendar are as follows: January 20 February 17 March 17 April 21 May 19 June 16 July - No Meeting August 18 September 15 October 20 November 17 December 15 Dated this 18th day of December 2020. /s/Nancy R.
