2021 ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE Pursuant to section 52-4-202 of the Utah Code, the City of Clearfield hereby gives notice that the Clearfield City Council will generally hold its regular City Council meetings for the 2021 calendar year on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. The regular meetings generally begin at 7:00 pm and are held in the Clearfield City Council Chambers located at 55 South State, 3rd Floor, Clearfield, Utah. Scheduled meetings may be cancelled when the need arises. In such instances at least 24-hour notice will be given regarding the cancellation. All City Council meetings and work sessions are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 of the Utah Code relative to the applicable provisions of the Utah Open Meetings Act. Work, special, or emergency meetings in addition to those specified may be held as circumstances require. A minimum of 24-hour notice will be given for such meetings. In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, the City of Clearfield will accommodate reasonable requests to assist the disabled to participate in the meetings. Request for assistance can be made by calling the City Offices at 525-2707 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended. Scheduled regular City Council meeting dates for the 2021 calendar are as follows: January 12 January 26 February 9 February 23 March 9 March 23 April 13 April 27 May 11 May 25 June 8 June 22 July 13 July 27 August 10 August 24 September 14 September 28 October 12 October 26 November 9 November 23 December 14 Dated this 18th day of December 2020. /s/Nancy R.
