- Millcreek City Council Special Meeting Agenda Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Millcreek will assemble in a SPECIAL public meeting on Monday, 21 December 2020 at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah 84106, commencing at 6:30 p.m. 6:30 p.m. - Public Meeting and Special Hearing: 1. Public Hearing: Consideration of an appropriation of $25,000 to PIK2AR (Pacific Island Knowledge 2 Action Resources). 2. Discussion and Consideration of Ordinance 20-56; An Ordinance Of Millcreek To Approve A Monetary Contribution Of $25,000 To PIK2AR (Pacific Island Knowledge 2 Action Resources) 3. Discussion and Consideration of Ordinance 20-57; An Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property Located at Approximately 875 E 4315 S From R-1-8, R-1-5, & R-1-21 (residential Single Family) To R-1-5 (Residential Single-Family On a 5,000 Square Foot Lot).
