PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETING - DECEMBER 8, 2020. PUBLIC REVIEW - (Administrative) 1. Antelope Square (Arby's) - PRELIMINARY PLAT The applicant, Colin Stirrat, representing Seritage KMT Finance LLC is requesting preliminary plat approval for the Antelope Square (Arby's) Subdivision. The property is approximately located at 2076 North Main Street. 2. Layton Parkway Apartments (MoDA) - DEVELOPMENT PLAN & CONDITIONAL USE The applicant, Mitch Vance, representing JF Capital, is requesting approval for a Multiple Unit Dwelling conditional use permit and a MU-TOD Development Plan.
