NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL COMMITTEE OF WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH The West Valley Clean and Beautiful Committee will hold the following meetings in the year 2021, at 5:30 p.m., in the Public Relations & Neighborhood Services Office (Suite 230), West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah. Scheduled meeting dates for the Clean and Beautiful Committee are as follows: January 27, 2021 June 23, 2021 February 24, 2021 August 25, 2021 March 24, 2021 September 22, 2021 April 28, 2021 October 23, 2021 ** May 26, 2021 * November 20, 2021 *** * Meeting held in Multipurpose Room, West Valley City Hall, 3600 S Constitution Blvd, WVC, UT ** Meeting held at 9 AM, Utah Cultural Celebration Center, 1355 W 3100 South, WVC, UT *** Meeting held at 9 AM, West Valley City Hall Lobby, 3600 S Constitution Blvd, WVC, UT Meetings in addition to those specified herein will be held as circumstances require. Appropriate notice will be given for such meetings. A written agenda will be posted on the State Public Meeting Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov no later than 24 hours before each meeting.
