RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Gorm Klungervik is requesting a rezone from C-PO to Gateway of the existing commercial development at 2998 West 12600 South. - DEJ Holdings, LLC. is requesting a rezone of approx. 10 acres located at 12761 S 3600 W & 3443 West 12600 S from C-PO & M-1 to C-PO/Elderly Housing Overlay. - Eric Schroff is requesting a rezone of property located at 12814 S. Sunday Dr from RR-22 to R-3. - Riverton City is proposing amendments to the Transportation Master Plan element of the Riverton City General Plan Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov. Comment will also be taken at the meeting, subject to restrictions due to COVID-19. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3124.
