- AMERICAN FORK RIVER DEBRIS BASIN ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD SCHEDULE FOR 2021 The regular session begins at 12:00 p.m. Meetings will be held at the Highland City Offices, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Suite 1, Highland, Utah. The 2021 American Fork River Debris Basin Administrative Board Meeting Schedule is as follows: January 7th January 28th April 15th July 8th October 7th THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND ALL DEBRIS BASIN BOARD MEETINGS.
