- AGENDA HUNTINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING December 16, 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting December 16, 2020 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. **We do have electronic participation at this time. If you would like to join this meeting by conference call, please call City Hall by 3:00 p.m. on the day of City Council for the participation phone number. Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 P.M. Roll Call Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance 1. Public Comments (limit of 3 minutes) 2. MOTION: Approval of November 18, 2020 City Council Minutes 3. MOTION: Business license 4. MOTION: Resolution 27-2020, 2021 Annual meeting schedule 5. MOTION : Ordinance 7-2020 Questar Gas dba Dominion Franchise 6. MOTION : Ordinance 8-2020 Fireworks 7. Code Book Title 5, Chapter 5 Fireworks 8. Mayor's Report 9. Departmental Reports (Fire department, Maintenance department) 10. Youth City Council report 11. Council's Reports 12. Zoning Administrator Report 13. MOTION: City Claims and Review of Financials 14. Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda were posted in three public places within the Huntington City limits. These public places being 1) Huntington City Hall; 2) Desertview Federal Credit Union; and 3) the U.S. Post Office. The public is invited to attend all city council meetings.
