- NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold an emergency Council Meeting on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. This meeting is scheduled to begin at 12:00 noon. 1) Invocation 2) Discussion and Proposed Approval of bids for Gunnison Valley Softball/Baseball Complex improvements - Joint Project with Centerfield City - Mayor Nay 3) Discuss with proposed approval of an additional flag for Main Street Park - Council-member Justen Mellor 4) Discussion and Proposed Approval of Christmas Bonus for City Employees and Council/Mayor - Mayor Nay 5) Discussion and Proposed renewal of annual terms as well as approval of the Pay checks for Planning & Zoning Commission members - Mayor Nay 6) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, Oct 7, 2020 7) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 8) City Business and Future Items 9) Adjourn
