United States: +1 (646) 749-3112 Access Code: 185-804-125 NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF THE LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF EMERY COUNTY EMERY COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of the Local Building Authority of Emery County will meet at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, in the Emery County Courthouse Commission Chambers, 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah. Emery County Board of Commissioners Lynn Sitterud Kent Wilson Gil Conover AGENDA 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny minutes from the November 10, 2020 LBA Meeting. 2. PUBLIC HEARING: A Public Hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Local Building Authority of Emery County lease revenue bonds, in one or more series, in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $491,000 for the acquisition and construction of renovating an existing building as a Research Laboratory, and related improvements. 3. Discussion of any upcoming projects. 4. Discuss/Approve/Deny any bills to be paid through LBA. 5. Any other business which may regularly come before the Board. 6. This meeting will be reopened at 5:30 p.m. to take action on the following item: Discuss/Approve/Deny a Resolution of the Governing Board of the Local Building Authority of Emery County, Utah, authorizing and approving the execution by said authority of an annually renewable lease agreement by and between said authority and Emery County, Utah; authorizing the issuance and sale by said authority of its lease revenue bonds, series 2021 in the aggregate principal amount of $491,000; authorizing the execution by the authority of a master resolution, ground lease, and the security documents and other documents required in connection therewith; authorizing the acquisition and construction of renovating an existing building as a research laboratory, and related improvements; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transaction contemplated by this Resolution; and related matters.
