- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 15th day of December 2020 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember M. Fawcett - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held November 3, 2020 - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held December 1, 2020 2. New Business - EMS Agreement - Jay Downs - Business License Application - Carolyn Blundell 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Cares Act Update - Cemetery Buildings Councilmember N. Sparks - November Warrant List - LUDMA Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Neighborhood Watch - Animal Control Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Parks Department - Sports Councilmember J. Buttars - Cemetery Department - Emergency Preparedness 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - January 5, 2021 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
