The Grantsville City Council will hold its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, UT 84029. The agenda is as follows:

6. Consideration of Resolution 2020-83 approving an amendment to the development agreement for Mustang Ridge Townhomes and Mustang Ridge Subdivision, Phase 3 to add Phase 4.
7. Consideration of Resolution 2020-84 approving the final plat for DRP and Shawn Holste on the Mustang Ridge Subdivision, Phase 4 for the creation of twenty-nine (29) single family lots in the R-1-12 zone.
8. Consideration of Resolution 2020-85 approving a five-year agreement with Ace Recycling and Disposal beginning in the year 2020 for residential waste and recycling collection services.
9. Consideration of Resolution 2020-86 declaring certain property owned by Grantsville City as surplus and authorizing its disposal.
10. Consideration of Resolution 2020-87 confirming the re-appointment of Dee Mair as a member of the Grantsville City Historic Preservation Commission.
