MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: At 6:00 P.M.

PRESENT: Scott Taylor, Rob Gahley, Samantha Reitz, Ray Nelson, and Cathy Golightly

MINUTES OF PRIVIOUS MEETING: October 5th,2020 Approved
NEW BUSINESS:
- BOB FORDS 5th EAST PLOT MAP ADJUSTMENTS AND RE-ZONE
Rob Gahley made a motion to approve both the Re-Zone and the Plot Map Adjustment.
Scott Taylor seconded the motion. It was asked if all were in favor. Ray Nelson and Cathy Golightly said Nay. They were then asked why they were opposed to it by the guests who were in attendance and both members stated that they felt they did not have enough time to review the issue and they were concerned that they did not have all the facts. The Issue was tabled and a special meeting session was scheduled for Monday November 9th, 2020, so that the members could have more time to do research on the issue.
SCHEDULING THE NEXT MEETING AND ADJOURNMENT The Meeting was adjourned at 6:55. A special meeting was set to be held on November 9th, 2020 at 6:00 P.M.
