- AMENDED Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold their regularly scheduled City Council meeting along with a work session beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Please check the Payson City Website at www.paysonutah.org for the link to participate and/or view the meeting. Participants/citizens will only be able to attend virtually. A. Chamber Business of the Month 5. Discussion regarding issues and potential bills for upcoming legislative session D. ACTION ITEMS 1. Resolution - Amendments to the Personnel Policy regarding clothing allowance and payment/reimbursement for public works required state certification 2. Preliminary and final development plan for South Haven Farms 210-unit apartment complex located at approximately 1461 East 50 South 3.
