- HUNTSVILLE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION Public notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Town Planning Commission will hold its regular public meeting, Thursday, December 10th, 2020, 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall. Seating will be limited to 8 people including Planning Commission Members. Please consider attending via Zoom Link which will be posted on our website at www. huntsvilletown.com. DATE: Thursday, DECEMBER 10TH, 2020 PLACE: 7309 East 200 South, Huntsville Town Hall TIME: 7:00 P.M. 1) Roll call. 2) Approval of Minutes for Planning Commission Work Session October 6, 2020. 3) Approval of Minutes for Planning Commission Meeting October 22, 2020. 3) Land use Coordinator Update: Rex Harris 4) Land Use Permits by Consent: 1) Request for Land Use Permit, #200590009, 6841 E 300 N, Bruce Ahlstrom, Solar Installation on roof (see packet for site plan) 2) Request for Land Use Permit, Andy Hedges, parcel #200100033, 345 N 6800 East, Solar Installation on roof and ground (see packet for site plan) 3) Request for Land Use Permit for Chris Stevenson to enclose porch, parcel #240100018, 241 South 7600 East (see self-remodel permit in packet) 5) Discussion and/or action on Preliminary Subdivision Approval for Jordan Curtis, 340 S. 7700 E., parcel #240190015. 6) Motion to close the regular meeting and open public hearing on the General Plan. 7) Public Comment on the General Plan. 8) Motion to close the public hearing on the General Plan and re open the public meeting. 9) Discussion and/or action General Plan edits. 10) Discussion and/or action on Conditional Use Table edits. 11) Public Comment 12) Motion to adjourn Dated this 9th of December, 2020.
