- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annabella Town Council will hold a Town Council & Public Hearing on Thursday, December 10, 2020, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council Chambers located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Mayor Brent Christensen conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) Town Council Meeting 6:00 p.m. I. Business Considerations A. Roll Call B. Opening Remarks C. Pledge of Allegiance II. Public Hearing A. Public Hearing to receive input on the issuance of street improvement revenue bonds and any potential economic impact to the private sector from the construction of the project to be funded by the bonds for financing the construction of street and drainage improvements, including installation of chip seal over existing roads, shoulder repairs, gutters and streetlights. III. Council Business A. Approval of minutes B. Approval of warrant register IV. Department Business A. Beautification, Parks & Activities B. Cemetery C. Roads D. Water V.
