DISCUSSION OF POSSIBLE APPLICATION TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM. GENERAL BUSINESS / DISCUSSION ITEMS 4. DISCUSSION OF SAFETY ISSUES AROUND BUSINESS PROPERTY - MELODY WEBER 5.
