- Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday, December 9, 2020 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Please maintain the 6ft distance and wear a mask. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1.Review and Approval of Minutes from November 11, 2020, Town Council Meeting. 2.Review and Approval of November 11 - December 9, 2020 Bills/Payroll. 3.Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations, and Water adjustments or write-offs. 4.Vote on Portage electronic policy 5.Vote on new windows for Town Hall Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson Roads- Lesley Smith Planning and Zoning- Martina John Parks- Tyson Nielson Fire Department Sgt.
