Home Occupation, Clive Snelson is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation for 'CK Fitness' to be operated from a home at 12843 S. Goshute Dr. b. Home Occupation, Ronald Holland is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation for 'Ballistic Alliance' to be operated from a home at 1246 Sirmingo Way. c. Rezone, Gorm Klungercik is requesting a Rezone of property located at 2998 W. 12600 South, the current zone is Professional Office (C-PO) and the requested zone is Gateway (C-G). d. Rezone, Dee Bangerter is requesting a Rezone of property located at 12761 S. 3600 West, the current zone is Light Manufacturing (M-1) and Professional Office (C-PO) and the requested zone is Professional Office (C-PO) with an Elderly Housing Overlay. e. Final Site Plan, Bangerter Crossing, Greg Larsen is requesting Final Site Plan Approval of a commercial site plan to be located at 13754 S. Redwood Road. b. Final Site Plan, Riverton Business Park, Steve Marx is requesting Final Site Plan Approval of a commercial site plan to be located at 12705 South 4150 West. 4. Discussion Items a. NA 5. Minutes a. Sept 10, 2020 b. Nov 12, 2020 6. Adjournment Public Comment Procedure Due to restrictions in place related to COVID-19, this meeting will NOT be open for public attendance. A staff report of the proposed application will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live.
