PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 17th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: The session will be broadcast live via YouTube at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/user/PleasantGroveCity Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 1455 W State St. (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of David Runnells for a preliminary commercial subdivision plat, called North Grove Retail Subdivision Plat 'A' on property located at approximately 1455 West State Street in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 1455 W State St. (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of David Runnells for approval of a site plan for two, single-tenant restaurants, on property located at approximately 1455 West State Street in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict.
