The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, December 8,
2020, in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin
at 6:00 p.m. This meeting may be held electronically to allow a commissioner to participate by video or
teleconference. Meetings are broadcast live at www.youtube.com/user/LindonCity. The agenda will consist of

Alan Colledge is seeking preliminary major subdivision approval for a four-lot single family home
development at approximately 600 North Main Street. (Parcel numbers: 14:071:0230, 14:068:0214,
14:068:0196, 14:071:0316, and 14:042:0186) (15 minutes)
5. Minor Subdivision - Mountain Tech 6 and 7 - Approximately 2575 West 400 North
Mark Weldon, on behalf of WICP Mt. Tech 6/Mt. Tech 7 LLC, requests approval for a two-lot commercial
subdivision at approximately 2575 West 400 North in the Regional Commercial Zone. (Parcel numbers:
14:059:0036 and 14:059:0058) (10 minutes)
6. Site Plan - Mountain Tech 6 and 7 - Approximately 2575 West 400 North
Mark Weldon, on behalf of WICP Mt. Tech 6/Mt. Tech 7 LLC, requests Site Plan approval for two
office/warehouse buildings in the Regional Commercial Zone. (Parcel numbers 14:059:0036 and
