IVINS CITY ARTS COMMISSION Agenda Wednesday, December 9, 2020 5:00 pm Ivins City Hall - Council Chambers (main floor) 435-628-0606 Note: the order of the items discussed on this agenda is subject to change Note: Ivins City requires everyone to wear masks while in City Hall 1. Welcome and call to order a. Acknowledgement of a quorum b. Disclosures/conflicts 2. Discussion and potential action items a. Consider approval of the minutes for September 8, 2020 b. Elect Vice-Chair for the remainder of the current vice-Chair's term b. Select photographer for updating the 'Art In Ivins' book. c. Review and recommend location for sculpture at the new City Hall d. Discuss publication of 'Art Resources in Ivins,' the artist listing form, and website information e. Discuss art-on-loan concept f. Workplan update g. Additional items from the Chair / Vice Chair. 3. Reports a. RAP Tax funds update b. Status for: The Student Art Exhibit; LoveVet Express projects; Arts Month c. City Council response to the Arts Commision's annual report d. Next meeting: January 13, 2020 at 5 pm e. Items to be placed on future agendas: Review RAP Tax funding applications. 4.
