Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PERRY CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Perry City Council will hold, via zoom.com web/teleconferencing, a public hearing to receive public comment regarding Resolution 2020-21 Amending the Fiscal Year 2021 Budget. The public hearing starting at approximately 7:05 p.m. will be held in conjunction with the Perry City Electronic Council Meeting, which starts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2020. After the public hearing, the proposed Resolution may be adopted, with or without changes, in the same public meeting. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the proposed Resolution are available for public review at the office of the City Recorder located at 3005 South 1200 West, Perry, Utah. Any Individual requiring auxiliary services should contact the City Offices at least 3 days in advance (435-723-6461).
