NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 15th day of December 2020, as close to 6:30 P.M. as possible. This hearing will be conducted by electronic webinar via Zoom and streamed on Facebook. Participation links will be provided on the City's website prior to the meeting. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to the Holladay Zone Map from R-2-10 zone to RM for an accumulation of approximately .95 acres of property located at 4595, 4549 and 4551 South Highland Drive, Holladay Utah. The proposal is available for public inspection on the City's website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
