Consent Agenda 4.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of November 11, 2020 4.2 RESOLUTION - Planning Commission annual meeting dates and times. 5. Public Forum 6. Discussion Items 6.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Request by Jeff Southard for Preliminary and Final Development Plan approval of a 210-unit apartment complex arranged on Utah County Parcel 66:747:0003 located in the RMF-20 Zone. 6.2 PUBLIC HEARING - Request by Michael DeMarco for Preliminary Plan approval and use of the RMO-1 Overlay to create a Planned Residential Community on Utah County Parcels 08:087:0027, 08:087:0028 and 08:087:0029 located at 532 W, 550 W, and 554 W 100 North in the R-2-7.5 Residential Zone. The applicant is proposing an infill project that consists of three existing dwellings and five new twin home structures. 6.3 PUBLIC HEARING - Proposed amendments to Title 19, Zoning Ordinance, Title 20, Subdivision Ordinance, and the Payson City Development Guidelines. 6.4 PUBLIC HEARING - Request to amend the Transportation Master Plan, an appendix to the Payson City General Plan. 7. Commission and Staff Reports and Training 8.
