- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 10, 2020, at 12:30 p.m. This meeting will be conducted entirely via electronic means. The meeting will be available to the public for live broadcast and on-demand viewing at: https://www.youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17. Item 1 Matt Taylor requests Project Plan approval for a mixed-use building, containing 4,300 sf of office space and 24 residential units, located at 980 W Center Street in the West Gateway (GW) zone.
