Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR Tuesday, December 8, 2020 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETING - NOVEMBER 24, 2020. PUBLIC REVIEW - (Administrative) 1. Layton Parkway North - 1st Amendment - PLAT AMENDMENT The applicant, Tom Uriona representing Intermountain Health Care Health Services, Inc., is requesting to amend the Layton Parkway North Subdivision - 1st Amendment. The amendment involves increasing the lot size for the existing Lot 6 by shifting the west property line 15 feet to the west. Lot 6 is proposed to become Lot 7, with the size increasing from 21,401 square feet to 24,400 square feet. The property is approximately located at 223 West 475 South. 2. Layton Fire Station #54 - CONDITIONAL USE The applicant, Layton City, is requesting conditional use approval to construct a fire station on the east bench of the City, known as Fire Station 54. The property is approximately located at 1391 N Valley View Drive. PUBLIC HEARING - (Legislative) 3. Titles 15, 18 & 19 Amendments - TEXT AMENDMENT The City proposes amendments to Layton Municipal Code, Title 15, 'Buildings and Construction', Title 18, 'Land Use Development: and Title 19, 'Zoning' related to development standards and policies. ADJOURNMENT
