This Public Hearing is being held to receive public comment and discuss with the Garden City residents regarding the following:
1. Roll Call
2. Discussion/Approval of request for a partial vacation of subdivision of the Real Beach Subdivision and the Ideal Beach Subdivision plats. These parcels will be incorporated into 1 parcel of 16.210 acres. Norm Mecham
3. Adjournment
The public is invited to attend and may give written or oral comments.
