- SALT LAKE CITY FOUNDATION SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH 2021 ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE Public Notice is hereby given that meetings of the Salt Lake City Foundation of Salt Lake City, Utah, will be held periodically, no less than annually. Special meetings of the Board of Trustees may be called by the Chair of the Board or by any of the Trustees. All meetings of the Foundation shall take place electronically or in a room as determined appropriate in the City and County Building, located at 451 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah: or at such other place as the Board of Trustees may designate. All meetings of the Salt Lake City Foundation are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206 and 78B-1-137, Utah Code Annotated. The Corporation may hold electronic meetings at which one or more of the Trustees participates in the meetings by electronic means. Notice of the Annual Meeting shall be given at least twenty-four (24) hours in writing in advance of the meeting as required by the Foundation's 2019 Amended & Restated Bylaws. An agenda of each meeting is posted at: State of Utah Public Notice website www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html. Notice: - People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodations at least three working days before a meeting by calling Crayola Berger 801-535-7946. - Accommodations may include alternate formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids. The City & County Building is an accessible facility with an entrance located on the 1st parking level on the east side of the building.
