RIVERTON LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICE AREA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2021 CALENDAR YEAR TENTATIVE BUDGET NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Riverton Law Enforcement Service Area (RLESA) will hold a Public Hearing on December 15, 2020 at 8:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, at Riverton City Hall located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, Utah. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment on RLESA Tentative Budget for Calendar Year 2021. Copies of the budget amendment are available for public review during business hours in the office of the City Recorder located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, Utah. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Riverton City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the Hearing. Assistance may be requested by contacting the Recorder's Office at 801-208-3126, providing at least 24 hours advance notice of the Hearing.

Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorder's Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
