December 3, 2020 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA The Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S. 100 E., Pleasant Grove, Utah. The Work Session will be held from 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. at the same location. Work Sessions are public meetings; however, no testimony will be heard, and no official actions will be taken on items discussed during the work session. Although the public is invited to attend all sessions, public comments are accepted only during the regular business session. Public Hearing: City Code Text Amendment - Section 10-15-33: STORM WATER MANAGEMENT BASINS (City Wide) Public hearing to consider amendments to City Code Section 10-15-33: Storm Water Management Basins, revisions being made in order to meet state of Utah Department of Environmental Quality Low Impact Development standards 3. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 1199 W 700 S (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Mark Weldon for a 1-lot, 2-parcel preliminary subdivision plat, called Pen and Ink Plat 'A,' on property located at approximately 1199 West 700 South in the BMP (Business and Manufacturing Park) Zone. 4. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 3300 N 1450 W (Manila Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Ryan Bybee for an 18-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called Muirfield Estates Plat 'G,' on property located at approximately 3300 North 1450 West in the R1-20 (Single Family Residential) Zone. 6. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 452 S Pleasant Grove Blvd (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Russ Orsi for a site plan for a single-story, single-tenant restaurant building on property located at approximately 452 South Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. 7. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at approx. 2932 N 1130 W (Manila Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Jeff Brimhall for Use #6299, for a reception center, on property located at approximately 2932 North 1130 West, in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. 8. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at approx. 2932 N 1130 W (Manila Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Jeff Brimhall for Use #7400, for an athletic facility, on property located at approximately 2932 North 1130 West, in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. 9. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at approx. 350 W Center St. (Little Denmark Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Granny B's Cookies for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the processing, manufacturing, delivery of bakery products (Use #2150 Bakery Products) on property located at approximately 350 West Center Street, in the Downtown Village Zone - Commercial Subdistrict.
