- Public Notice is hereby given that Wasatch County Mineral Lease Special Service District #9 will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 9th at the Wasatch County Public Works Building located at 1891 west 3000 south, Heber City, Utah at 6:00 PM. The purpose of this Public Hearing is to review and welcome public comment regarding the 2021 Mineral Lease budget.
