Wednesday, December 2, 2020 Planning Commission Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting at the High Chaparral, Spanish Fork Fairgrounds at 475 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, with a work session commencing at 5:00 p.m. and Planning Commission Meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. on December 2, 2020. You can view the meeting live online through SFCN 17 (http://www.sfcn.org/sfcn/sf17/watch.php) or through Spanish Fork 17 YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/spanishfork17). This proposal involves annexing approximately 30 acres located at 1900 South 2000 West. 5. Title 15 Amendment (Public Hearing) A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS. 6. Concept Review A. LENNAR HOMES. Proposed concept plan for property located at 1350 South Del Monte. 7. Discussion Items A. PLANNING COMMISSION WORK PROGRAM. 8. Adjourn
