- The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at the city office building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:55 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 20-39, an Ordinance rezoning Parcel Numbers 08-119-0016 and 08-119-0008 from A-10 (Agricultural 10-Acre) to RM (Multiple Family Residential). The parcels are located at approximately 350 East 800 South and total approximately 12.01 acres.
